Following the Wheat Initiative proposal (previously International Research Initiative for Wheat Improvement) adopted by the Agriculture Ministers during the G20 meeting in June 2011, the Wheat Initiative Scientific Board has commissioned a report about the development of a Wheat Information System to support the international wheat research community.

The first step is to collect the needs of the wheat research community by a web survey which is accessible at https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/wheat-information-system . Wheat scientists are asked to fill the survey and forward this link to their collaborators to ensure that the results of the survey are representative of the whole research community. It takes only 5-10 minutes to answer.
